We accept debit/credit at select locations & cash is accepted throughout the whole farm.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is always free!
Do you offer discounts?
Take advantage of our pre-season sales! Tickets are also discounted when you purchase them online vs at the gate.
Smoking Policy

Weather Policy
Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time. If we are closed due to the weather, an announcement will be made on our Facebook page and/or website. You may also call ahead to see if we will be open. Admission tickets are non-refundable so please plan accordingly. Remember, admission tickets are valid to redeem any one date we are open during the specific season in which you purchased a ticket for!
Are you handicap accessible?
Heartland Farmd is handicapped accessible. The corn maze, and most farm attractions, however, are on unpaved farm ground. Wheelchairs, strollers and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete the corn maze, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy, and sometimes even muddy, in spots. Please use your own discretion.
If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?
Online tickets will be emailed to you, you can either bring a printed copy or have us scan your phone.  Please note that each bar code will only scan once, either printed or scanned.
What should I wear to the farm?
Weather appropriate clothing! We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers as the terrain has natural imperfections, including but not limited to the corn maze, rock pathways, etc. Remember that you will be in a farm atmosphere, and should dress appropriately for the best and safest experience.
Can I leave my child unattended at the farm?
No. Children 15 and under MUST have a parent chaperon on the farm grounds.
Can I leave and come back, same day?
Yes, you have in & out privileges to come and go throughout the day. Keep your wristband on for re-entry.
Do you rent electric carts/scooters, wagons or strollers?
We do not have scooters/carts, wagons or strollers for rent, but you are welcome to bring your own!
Pet Policy
For the safety of both your pet and other customers we kindly ask that pets are kept at home. Only Service Animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA will be allowed on the farm and in the buildings.  A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. .
What kind of allergies may we endure at the farm?
On a working farm, you may encounter dust, pollen, insects, animals, grass and weeds, etc. Prepare accordingly. We stock first aid kits at the farm.  Please be advised that honeybees are kept on the property. If you have an anaphylactic reaction to bee stings, please be prepared. While our honeybees are usually harmless, we cannot control nature.

What ages are appropriate?
At Heartland Farms we pride ourselves in offering something for all ages to enjoy, from babies all the way up to grandma and grandpa. Our goal is to make sure everyone leaves with memories they can cherish during our farm events!

What ages need to pay admission?
All ages 3 and up require a paid admission and must wear the provided wristband.
Outside Food & Drinks
No outside food nor drinks are allowed, we have lots of awesome food to choose from.  If you have severe allergies you may ask for exception.
Photography Policy
FRIENDS AND FAMILY PHOTOS (non-paid photographers) Farm guests who have purchased a daily wristband or season pass are welcome to take photos during the hours we are open to the public using a cell phone or camera. Please tag us @Heartlandmo or  hashtag us #heartlandfarms

MISSOURI AGRITOURISM LAW
Heartland Farms is a registered with the Missouri Department of Agriculture and is therefore covered under the Missouri Agritourism Law which states, “WARNING: Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.”.
