Celebrate Love at Heartland Farms
With a 3,500 square foot event space, finished in natural cut oak walls, approximately 50 windows to give you ample natural lighting and a beautiful pine ceiling that truly makes the building one of a kind. You and your guests are sure to be impressed! Ceremony options are unlimited, if it is on our property and it makes sense for you, we can make it happen! We want to make your day as enjoyable and as seamless as possible.
Our Rates
Friday Wedding
Price $4,000
Includes:
- Capacity up to 250 people
- Setup beginning Thursday at 10 am
- Tables and chairs included for ceremony and reception (we set up chairs at the lake site, we set up tables for reception, you are responsible for setting up chairs after setting up)
- Ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner right here at the farm
- Thursday overnight stay in our bedrooms that sleep ten people as well as two private restrooms for the bridal party
- Inside and outside restrooms for guests the day of the wedding (heating and cooling in both)
- Access to the venue until 11:00pm Friday night (cleanup must be done immediately following 11pm)
- Option to add Friday night stay for an additional $300. Check out is 10am.
Saturday Wedding
Price $5,000
Includes:
- Capacity up to 250 people
- Setup beginning Friday at 10 am
- Tables and chairs included for ceremony and reception (we set up chairs at the lake site, we set up tables for reception, you are responsible for setting up chairs after setting up)
- Ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner right here at the farm
- Friday overnight stay in our bedrooms that sleep ten people as well as two private restrooms for the bridal party
- Inside and outside restrooms for guests the day of the wedding (heating and cooling in both)
- Access to the venue until midnight Saturday night
- Option to add Saturday night stay for an additional $300
- If not staying Saturday night then all cleanup needs to be done by midnight. If staying Saturday night, cleanup needs to be done by 10am Sunday
Sunday Wedding
Price $3,000
Includes:
- Capacity up to 250 people
- Setup beginning Sunday at 11am
- Tables and chairs included for ceremony and reception (we set up chairs at the lake site, we set up tables for reception, you are responsible for setting up chairs after setting up)
- Onsite bedrooms and bathrooms for the bridal party to get ready
- Inside and outside restrooms for guests the day of the wedding (heating and cooling in both)
- Access to the venue until 11 pm Sunday night (cleanup must be done immediately following 11pm)
- Option to add Sunday night stay for an additional $300. Check out is 10am.
